Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in data science, statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-funnel analytics experience, preferably in eCommerce and/or subscription DTC.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
- Highly analytical with the ability to utilize data-driven insights to improve KPIs.
- Advanced Excel skills, including budget modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly.
- Collaborative and positive attitude with a passion for healthy living.
Responsibilities:
- Represent marketing analytics in cross-functional projects and planning discussions.
- Identify opportunities and inconsistencies within the data.
- Work with stakeholders to improve analytics from data storage to insights sharing.
- Provide analytic support for digital marketing channels.
- Collaborate with Finance and Enterprise leaders to forecast business KPIs.
