Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in video game development with at least 1 shipped title in a production/project management capacity.
• Experience with live game support.
• Proficiency with multiple project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or Trello.
• Build, track and maintain both simple and complex project schedules, managing staffing, financials, and writing contracts.
• Experienced with client-facing relationships and communications along with strong mediation and negotiation skills.
• B2-C1 English level – conversational and written.
• PMP, CSM or CAPM certification is a huge bonus.
• Strong passion for the Age of Empires/Mythology franchise.

Responsibilities:

• Help drive the development of a game title from pre-production to final product release, as well as post launch support.
• Support Production, Directors, and Team leads to develop and communicate a clear vision for the product.
• Proactively assess and identify risks, mitigate them early, and communicate issues and proposed solutions.
• Create and maintain project management documents including status reports, project plans, post-mortems, and compiling of historical information.
• Engage with external clients under project leadership oversight.
• Forecast and maintain production financials: Budget creation, scheduling, and milestone definitions.
• Provide visibility internally and externally; deliver presentations and reviews with company leadership, internal teams, and clients.
