Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 2+ years of experience in selective college admissions required; college counseling experience preferred.
- Availability to start as early as May 5, 2025.
- Consistent & reliable access to phone coverage & internet service.
- While this is a remote role, west coast locations & Pacific Time Zone work hours are preferred.
- Passion for higher education & a commitment to increasing education access for a broad constituency of students.
- Ability to reach all audiences & meet families where they are in the process.
- High degree of integrity, creativity, & strategic thinking, with strong time management, organizational skills, & flexibility.
- Confident presence, strong relationship-building skills, & professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Support students & families through all aspects of the college admission process, including managing expectations & goals.
- Contribute to College Coach’s growth, employee satisfaction, & inclusive environment.
- Work with a Bright Horizons Scholar, providing pro bono support to an under-resourced student through community partnerships.
- Help diverse students & parents successfully navigate the education system based on admission experience.
- Present on various educational topics including alternatives to a four-year degree, supporting students with disabilities, and admissions to highly-selective institutions.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of admissions & college finance experts to maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field.
- Work a flexible schedule, including some evening or weekend appointments.
