Senior GL Accountant with French

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance/accounting.
• Proficiency in English and French for fluent communication.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA, CMA).
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in international environments and working in SSC/BSC.
• Ability to solve problems and propose improvements.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Disciplined and well-organized to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work additional hours when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handling General Ledger processes.
• Supporting all aspects of GL monthly/quarterly/annual close activities.
• Leveraging relationships with finance and non-finance teams and external providers.
• Ensuring adherence to company's policies, internal and external audit requirements.
• Supporting strengthening of financial processes and controls.
• Supporting local, regional, and global projects as required.
• Actively advocating for the finance function.
• Focusing on continuous process improvement.
