Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a technical sales or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence, incident response, SOAR, or related cyber-security fields.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive communication style for project status updates.
• Ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into concrete requirements.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customer technical staff.
• Capability to learn and work with new cybersecurity technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a Technical Sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Manage technical development aspects of customer solutions.
• Demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer/partner environments.
• Deliver remote solution presentations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales executives to plan and execute strategic deals.
• Create and deliver presentations that communicate the product's value.
• Provide customer insights to Product Management and Marketing teams.
