Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Expertise in LMS administration (e.g., Skilljar).
• Strong proficiency in AI tools for learning design (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Experience with multimedia tools for video production and editing (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia).
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning solutions.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize content development and personalize learning experiences.
• Lead and manage instructional design projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Create high-quality multimedia content to support diverse learning styles.
• Partner with SMEs and leadership to define training needs and objectives.
• Administer learning management systems by creating learning paths and generating reports.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement feedback for improvement.
