Requirements:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in startups or agencies.
• Expertise in digital design tools such as Figma and Notion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience designing engaging social media posts.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on a variety of projects and handle fast execution.

Responsibilities:

• Work on high-impact, quick-turn assets such as reports, white papers, events, presentations, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Deliver high-quality designs with thorough attention to detail and translate strategy and copy into engaging visuals.
• Be responsive and open to last-minute design changes and iterations.
