Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field; data science certification is a plus.
• 5 years of experience as a data scientist on an HR or People Analytics team; relevant experience can substitute for degree.
• Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python) and data visualization tools (Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and their application in workforce analytics.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts.
• Experience with large datasets and building complex data models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms for employee data analysis.
• Use predictive analytics for workforce forecasting and to inform HR strategies.
• Mine and analyze data from structured and unstructured sources.
• Create data mining architectures and report methodologies to identify trends.
• Collaborate with HR COEs for key performance indicator identification.
• Build predictive data models within HR workflows.
• Present findings to senior leadership with compelling visualizations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Evaluate analytical tools and improve data collection procedures.
