Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Client Success roles, managing strategic accounts worth $10M+ ARR.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact, strategic relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a history of client service excellence.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ownership for account success.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, with a passion for growth opportunities and challenges in financial institutions, fintechs, and credit services organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-scale accounts, building executive-level relationships.
- Understand business challenges and deliver tailored strategies that align Array’s solutions to client goals.
- Take ownership of clients throughout all phases of their relationship, including deployment, launch, optimization, expansion, and renewal.
- Proactively resolve or anticipate issues for clients.
- Identify and lead growth opportunities based on performance and relationships.
- Drive product roadmap decisions for customer and company ROI.
- Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams for customized solutions.
- Maintain understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
