• Experience leading in-house post production teams.
• Proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative culture.
• Expertise in post-production workflows and software tools.
• Strong understanding of 3D graphics and VFX pipelines.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience guiding projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the Post Production department.
• Manage 10+ simultaneous projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop workflows to enhance collaboration across departments.
• Implement and stay current with emerging post-production technologies.
• Lead recruitment efforts and mentor team members.
• Support business development and represent the department at events.
