• Evidence of exceptional taste in brand and content decisions.
• Mastery of the written word.
• Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution.
• Quantitative understanding with experience in analytics tools like Amplitude and Metabase.
• Marketplace experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a vision for the social brand and community-led growth.
• Ideate and execute growth tactics, testing and scaling successful strategies.
• Create content including templates for instructors and larger editorial pieces.
