Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in Project/Program management, with experience in team management in a technical or database-focused environment.
• Strong experience in leading a Professional Services team, including project, people and capacity management.
• Proficient in managing complex diverse customer requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with effective line management experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a customer-first approach.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the professional development, performance management, and recruitment of Consultants within the Professional Services team.
• Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, time, and quality objectives.
• Actively coordinate between various internal teams and customer teams.
• Oversee project delivery through partners, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for team development and project execution.
• Build strong relationships with leaders at all levels.
• Maintain effective communication and status reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project and team risks.
• Oversee resource allocation and budgeting.
• Uphold high standards in project delivery and seek continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and career development guidance to team members.
