Requirements:

• 7-10+ years experience in non-profit fundraising and/or sales/business development preferred.
• Proven record of success and ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
• Rooted in the principles of PragerU (Conservative values).
• Experience with fundraising software CRM preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly ethical and well-versed in content related to the organization.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and flexibility.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
• Familiarity with the digital ecosystem and social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to new and existing donors with weekly goals for calls, emails, and appointments.
• Prospecting for potential new donors.
• Updating records to ensure key donor stewardship and maintaining fund records.
• Managing donor relationships at events and representing PragerU at external events.
• Documenting donor efforts in the team CRM.
• Crafting proposals and presentations as needed.
• Liaising with the in-house development team on various aspects.
