Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in an analytical, dynamic, or process-driven role such as project management, product development, package development, consulting, or supply chain, with CPG experience as a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and exercise good judgment with limited oversight.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional groups, suppliers, and vendors.
• Effectively present to senior leadership.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accountability.
• Eagerness to tackle various tasks and issues.
• Adaptable and able to pivot with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Map development path with input from cross-functional partners, track deliverables, manage development timelines, and facilitate day-to-day operations.
• Document decisions and identify gaps that may hinder project progress.
• Ensure manufacturers and team members have necessary resources for successful product launches.
• Communicate timelines, priorities, and updates to senior management and organization.
• Develop scalable systems and processes to support new launches.
