Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, related experience.
3+ years of customer-facing consulting, onboarding, or implementation experience.
Experience with SaaS software in similar or related positions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Google workspace.
Experience with project management systems such as Monday, Asana, and Jira.
Knowledge of the real estate/multifamily industry is a plus.
Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, Knock and/or other multifamily software is a plus.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Manage the onboarding and implementation of new and existing customers.
Engage with each customer in a professional and consultative manner.
Identify customer needs and desires and provide solutions.
Develop and follow an implementation project plan, conduct meetings, configure products, and provide training.
Track potential issues and risks to the project timeline.
Manage third-party vendor activities.
Communicate with executives and stakeholders.
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Funnel Products.
Document customer interaction and contribute to innovation initiatives.
