Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in working with an Insurance Brokerage
• Experience in placing insurance for Architect, Engineering & Construction industries is highly desirable
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• High level of interpersonal skills for sensitive situations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Broker’s P&C license required; Insurance designation preferred

Responsibilities:

• Review documents for client pre-renewal meetings prepared by the account administrator
• Coordinate all pre-renewal work completed by other team members
• Manage timelines and negotiate insurance coverage options
• Prepare and present renewal terms/options to clients
• Handle day-to-day client service requests and document transactions
• Support new client acquisition and participate in industry organizations
