Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with experience in small to mid-size e-commerce businesses.
- 3+ years of experience working with international clients; experience with US customers is a strong plus.
- Experience generating Sales Led pipeline alongside handling Inbound Leads.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
- Aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility.
- High emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, and self-awareness.
- Skills in managing time and resources with a sound approach to qualifying opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closure.
- Identify and engage new customers through both inbound and outbound channels.
- Strategically target CXOs, controllers, accountants, and small business owners.
- Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to acquire new business.
- Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Articulate Webgility’s business value clearly.
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to onboard customers smoothly.
- Share insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Use CRM to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and track performance.
- Continuously refine approach to meet and exceed sales targets.
