Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with experience in small to mid-size e-commerce businesses.
  • 3+ years of experience working with international clients; experience with US customers is a strong plus.
  • Experience generating Sales Led pipeline alongside handling Inbound Leads.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility.
  • High emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, and self-awareness.
  • Skills in managing time and resources with a sound approach to qualifying opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Identify and engage new customers through both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Strategically target CXOs, controllers, accountants, and small business owners.
  • Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to acquire new business.
  • Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Articulate Webgility’s business value clearly.
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to onboard customers smoothly.
  • Share insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Use CRM to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and track performance.
  • Continuously refine approach to meet and exceed sales targets.
