Bachelor’s degree in Product Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product development or engineering, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product lifecycle management.
Experience with CAD software or other product design tools.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
