Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Manager, Support Enablement, to identify skill gaps.
• Resolve technical issues with Esri products via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Complete assigned tasks on time for professional services projects.
• Pursue self-instruction on relevant technical topics.
• Obtain an Esri Technical Certification.
• Prepare and co-deliver Esri instructor-led courses.
• Contribute to customer support efforts such as blogs, webinars, and instructional videos.
• Assist with strategic projects promoting Esri Canada and its technology.
