Requirements:
- Mid-market Account Executive with proven track record in SaaS, IT/B2B technology companies, ideally with CRM Industry Knowledge.
- 7+ years in a closing role as an Account Executive.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- A proactive and innovative approach to sales.
- Capable of developing strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Strong passion for the product and industry.
- Willingness to embrace risk and overcome setbacks.
- Prioritizes understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities:
- Build outreach to existing rolodex and new opportunities.
- Relentlessly manage customer follow-ups and your own pipeline, against quotas.
- Work with Growth team to increase product awareness.
- Nurture and follow up with customers to share relevant use cases and gather requirements.
- Guide customers through implementation plans to drive adoption and paid conversion.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share feedback.
- Create content and refine scripts to support customer engagement.
- Maintain pipeline data and account information in DevRev's in-house CRM.
