Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in leadership or mentoring roles.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React, with experience in scalable application development.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, state management libraries, and building scalable web applications.
• Experience with GoLang, including API development and backend service integration.
• Strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineering/product leaders to define and execute technical strategies.
• Establish and enforce engineering processes that align with company policies, data security, and compliance standards while improving efficiency and feature delivery.
