Requirements:
- 5+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or sales in the IAM, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through third-party partnerships.
- Experience designing and implementing partner enablement programs.
- Familiarity with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and drive decisions.
- Comfortable in a zero-to-one type of role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize high-value IAM and cybersecurity resellers and technology integrators aligned with Incode Workforce’s market strategy.
- Design and implement compelling incentive structures to motivate partners to resell Incode Workforce.
- Develop enablement materials and training programs to equip partners with a deep understanding of Workforce features, use cases, and value propositions.
- Own the channel sales pipeline and ensure partners meet revenue and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in IAM and cybersecurity to inform partnership strategies.
