Requirements:
- Strong knowledge or previous experience supporting customers in the SLED industries (Public Safety, Law Enforcement).
- Ability to travel 10+% of the time.
- Ability to obtain Part 107 certificate.
- Proven track record of implementing new technology and working with technical teams.
- Experience driving implementation and value of hardware or software in large enterprises.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and focus on project management.
- Experience working in a digital customer success motion.
- Experience with commercial unmanned aircraft systems and related software development.
Responsibilities:
- Build scalable processes for customer onboarding and post-sales success.
- Track and manage all implementation projects with mid-market enterprise customers.
- Develop healthy customer relationships through proactive support.
- Quantify product feedback and communicate it to executives.
- Advocate for enterprise customers through understanding their use cases.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and customer check-ins.
- Manage approximately 50 accounts to drive adoption and ensure renewals.
