Responsibilities:
- Work with the CRO to develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy.
- Lead cross-functional planning for GTM and revenue-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with the CRO and executive team to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Oversee GTM processes, systems, and tools.
- Lead reporting for all GTM teams and drive operational cadence.
- Establish a data governance framework for revenue-related metrics.
- Design and implement pricing changes aligning value across products.
- Drive improvements in sales enablement and customer success processes.
- Monitor KPIs across the revenue lifecycle for actionable insights.
- Hire and mentor a high-performing revenue strategy and operations team.
