  • Oversee GTM processes, systems, and tools.
  • Lead reporting for all GTM teams and drive operational cadence.
  • Establish a data governance framework for revenue-related metrics.
  • Design and implement pricing changes aligning value across products.
  • Drive improvements in sales enablement and customer success processes.
  • Monitor KPIs across the revenue lifecycle for actionable insights.
  • Hire and mentor a high-performing revenue strategy and operations team.
