• Proven track record in product-based implementation projects.
• Experience working with demanding engineering teams.
• Ability to negotiate responsibilities with other project managers.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on lateral thinking and strategic innovation.
• Fluent in English and French.

• Working closely with customers to understand their problems.

• Balancing delivery pressures and software quality for multiple concurrent projects.
