Requirements:

• Candidates should be very fluent in bilingual speaking (English & Urdu).
• Good command and understanding of language skills are required.
• Good communication skills and listening ability are essential.
• Candidates with certification in Urdu language or experience as trainers/associates in customer support will be preferred.
• Freshers with good proficiency in English and Urdu are also welcome.
• Candidates should be energetic and have a positive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, primarily night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between English and Urdu-speaking customers/clients.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization.
• Responsible for quality goals and implementing client updates as necessary.
• Fostering a free and enjoyable work environment, being a team player.
