Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, especially in financial modeling, planning, and reporting.
• Professional designation preferred, such as CPA or CFA.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Inquiring mind and attention to detail for executing analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of database (SQL), VBA, or other programming highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Own, develop, and enhance the company financial models, monitoring overall financial health.
• Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting for the executive team.
• Support the CFO and CEO in equity and debt capital raising and corporate valuation.
• Build reports that empower the Finance team's analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data and business teams to provide insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Own financial planning tooling and manage its implementation and enhancements.
• Drive system and process improvements.
