Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience delivering production-ready solutions for digital products or campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, specifically React.js, and CSS.
• Keen eye for user-centered interactions with the ability to design intuitive and engaging solutions.
• Experience with data visualization libraries like D3.js, Chart.js, or ReactFlow.js is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma for design and quick prototyping is highly desirable.
• Understanding of SaaS product development and front-end performance optimization.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, curious, and proactive in solving problems and driving impact.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into innovative, user-centered designs.
• Enhance and develop both new and existing product features to improve the overall system’s usability, performance, and appeal.
• Design and develop frontend solutions using React.js and CSS.
• Solve complex interaction challenges creatively, with a focus on data visualization.
• Implement performant, production-ready UI solutions with high attention to detail.
• Work autonomously to make design decisions that align with user-centered design principles and business goals.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing ideas and collaborating across disciplines.
