Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in field sales in the employer's benefits or wellness space.
  • Established network of contacts to build new pipeline quickly.
  • Successful sales history with consistent 100% quota attainment for the last 3+ years closing deals valued at $1M+.
  • Experience selling directly and via channel partners.
  • Fluency in relationship-building with decision-makers.
  • Excellent poise, presentation, and writing skills.
  • "Go-getter" attitude and driven to sell impactful solutions.
  • Tenacious follow-up skills and innovative outreach strategies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic efforts to build and close new business across Large Accounts in the South East territory.
  • Consistently meet or exceed objectives/quota (annual $3M+).
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand products and their usage in sales.
  • Bring new ideas to the team and promote partnership.
  • Develop and maintain intra-company relationships.
  • Understand clients' business challenges to drive conversations.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions to Customer Success and assist with upsell opportunities.
