Responsibilities:

• Take full accountability for leading a product team, including product discovery, shaping, delivery, and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Drive clarity and alignment across the team, stakeholders, and organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring shared understanding of product goals.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and behaviors.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer feedback is consistently integrated into the product development process.
• Own the near-term roadmap, curating and developing solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Prioritize and deliver features that have a significant impact on both customers and the business.
• Build detailed product plans, oversee execution, and implement key success metrics.
• Coordinate the release process, ensuring smooth and effective product launches.
