Requirements:

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or commitment to obtain during the probationary period.
• Proven expertise in defining and deploying CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Experience with chaos engineering to improve system resilience.
• Familiarity with observability tools like DataDog and Kibana.
• Solid grasp of the 12 Factor App methodology and cloud-native development practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to guide technical discussions.
• Experience in Payments, FinTech, or similar industries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the SRE-DevOps function, including managing and mentoring team members.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Define and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Champion system reliability and performance through observability practices.
• Optimize deployment of cloud-native applications with Kubernetes and AWS.
• Collaborate on the 12 Factor App methodology and modern development practices.
• Lead troubleshooting and post-mortem processes for incidents.
