Responsibilities:
- Inspecting hotel health & safety
- Managing and keeping updated the Resort Handbook
- Updating and loading supplier information in the company Res platform
- Manage bookings through the company database, whilst liaising with head office.
- Organise resort transfers for guests’ arrivals and departures
- Liaising with suppliers and confirming reservations and services pre-arrival
- Conduct a pre-arrival concierge service for guests.
- Offering and making sightseeing and activity recommendations
- Organising and reserving excursions and dinner reservations
- Meeting clients at the airport and holding welcome meetings
- Resolving conflict with clients
- Referring complaints and problems to senior management
- Writing reports
- Providing support when holidaymakers experience difficulties such as lost luggage or health problems
- Be on call 24 hours for guest and staff emergencies during the season
