• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI roles, tools, and skills such as machine learning and data science.
• Sourcing Excellence: Proficiency in sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and clearly articulate opportunities.
• Global Mindset: Experience working with international clients or candidates is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified AI candidates, including AI engineers, data scientists, and machine learning specialists.
• Utilize sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub to find candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical expertise and candidate motivations.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their AI talent needs.
• Collaborate with the Substance international team to match candidates with opportunities.
• Stay updated on AI trends to better understand client and candidate needs.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation.
