Requirements:
  • MS or PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Python with extensive hands-on experience.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
  • Familiarity with NLP techniques and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of model performance evaluation metrics like ROC, F1, etc.
  • Understanding of modern deep learning techniques such as CNN, RNN, and LLMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Working with LLMs and prompt engineering to facilitate interactions within Driver and Shipper platforms.
  • Evaluating efficacy of different AI models and upgrading technologies while maintaining functionality.
  • Collaborating with security teams on AI safety concerns.
  • Coding in Python and using machine learning technologies in environments like Jupyter.
  • Developing presentations for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborating with Engineers, Product, Customer Operations, Marketing, and Data Analysts.
