Requirements:
- Relevant client-facing work experience, ideally within sales/relationship management/business development in crypto or financial services.
- Confident verbal and polished written communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Comfort with flexible hours, including weekends.
- High emotional intelligence and understanding of clients' needs.
- English is a must; additional languages like French or Mandarin are a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic account planning to cultivate strong, profitable relationships within the assigned client portfolio.
- Identify key opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Oversee the entire client relationship by facilitating discussions across various teams.
- Ensure timely and seamless client onboarding and support, available outside of regular hours.
- Advocate for clients internally and represent their interests effectively.
- Enhance processes and team efficiency through proactive improvement projects.
