• Demonstrated success delivering process improvements while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to summarize complex topics for an executive audience.
• Typically requires 5-10 years of relevant work experience in FP&A, investment banking, or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and quarterly processes end-to-end, coordinating inputs from multiple parts of the business.
• Provide central consolidation and extract key insights for senior leadership.
• Support the finance deliverables to Coinbase local entity boards.
• Lead parts of critical finance processes: quarterly and annual planning, earnings preparation, and monthly and quarterly close processes.
