Requirements:

• Proven track record as a software/data engineer and time spent in a leadership role.
• Strong foundation in software/data engineering, expertise in software design, and familiarity with data tools and technologies including SQL.
• Ability to adapt in an agile environment and effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software and data engineers managing data ingress/egress systems and the Data Integration Platform.
• Support individual growth, ensure high-quality deliverables, and scale the team as needed.
• Shape technical decisions by collaborating with technical leads and drive initiatives with various teams.
