Requirements:

• University, Cegep/College, or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, technical consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Technical aptitude including knowledge of Java, advanced SQL, Oracle & SQL databases, Unix/Linux.
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluent spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities:

• Participate throughout the application life cycle to support customer projects.
• Travel across North America and potentially Europe to assist customers.
• Build rapport with customers and guide them in integrating Tecsys software.
• Assist in activities such as data cleansing, technical training, and report development.
