Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience as a product marketing manager, ideally in PLG/self-service B2B SaaS business
- Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on product-led growth.
- Track record of successfully implementing a PLG framework, data-driven measurability, as well as go-to-market and product marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and markets.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of product marketing frameworks, such as the AARRR model.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop buyer personas that inform in-app messaging and feature announcements.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for organic growth.
- Work with design, development, and marketing teams to effectively showcase products on digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on initiatives focused on the AARRR framework (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- Monitor website content and campaign performance with the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the product strategist and marketing team to improve the customer journey through onboarding and personalized experiences.
