Requirements:
  • 6+ years’ experience as a product marketing manager, ideally in PLG/self-service B2B SaaS business
  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on product-led growth.
  • Track record of successfully implementing a PLG framework, data-driven measurability, as well as go-to-market and product marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and markets.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Knowledge of product marketing frameworks, such as the AARRR model.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop buyer personas that inform in-app messaging and feature announcements.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for organic growth.
  • Work with design, development, and marketing teams to effectively showcase products on digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on initiatives focused on the AARRR framework (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
  • Monitor website content and campaign performance with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the product strategist and marketing team to improve the customer journey through onboarding and personalized experiences.
