Requirements:
  • 3+ years demonstrated success in Account Management, focusing on negotiating services contracts or relevant SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in technology, preferably CRM or SaaS.
  • Ability to work independently with clear direction, identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Excellent customer management skills, including sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand client needs.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication capabilities.
  • Proactive approach with attention to detail and organization.
  • Team player with a history of building positive relationships within a company.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the commercial relationship with smaller Commercial Drata customers.
  • Maximize account growth and mitigate risk as a central account team member.
  • Negotiate account contract renewals to improve value while enhancing customer relationships.
  • Create and manage upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver a strong value narrative to demonstrate Drata's ROI.
  • Identify customer requirements and solve roadblocks for renewals and expansion.
  • Collaborate with various teams as the quarterback of the account team.
  • Provide management with insights on renewals and expansion, engaging executives as needed.
  • Communicate risks and develop resolution strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with Executive Buyers and engage with other C-Suite executives.
