Middle UI/UX Designer

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with design software and wireframe tools.
• Portfolio of professional design projects including web/mobile applications.
• Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces for complex internal systems.
• Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Outstanding design skills in visual and interaction design, interactive prototyping, and understanding of digital accessibility.
• Well-developed eye for detail.
• Experience in collaboration with design and developer teams.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
• Experience in conducting user testing sessions is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project leads to conduct user research and analyze business requirements.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and communicate interaction ideas.
• Design user interfaces that are functional, visually appealing, consistent with the brand, and meet accessibility guidelines.
• Present and defend design decisions based on design thinking principles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
