- Video Editing: 4-5 years of experience, specializing in fast-paced, high-volume social media editing
- Social Media Awareness: Deep understanding of current trends, with a focus on platforms like TikTok
- Typography & Motion Design: Proficiency in creating dynamic text animations and motion effects to elevate storytelling
- Color Correction & Audio Balancing: Strong ability to adjust visual elements (white balance, contrast, exposure, saturation) and ensure consistent audio levels across assets
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Edit a high volume of engaging vertical (mobile-friendly) video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram
- Work from provided scripts, shot lists, and creative direction to produce content that aligns with the client’s brand
- Add text overlays to enhance visual communication
- Integrate voiceovers smoothly into the video
- Follow and execute creative briefs to deliver the desired outcome
- Ensure that each video meets the client’s high creative standards focusing on: Consistent and high-quality typography placement in videos, Effective motion design to make content stand out, Proper color correction and audio balancing for a polished final product
- Maintain consistency in style and execution across all deliverables
- Follow the client’s workflow for organizing files, folders, and projects
- Use tools like ClickUp to stay on top of tasks, deadlines, and content assignments
- Organize content and documents efficiently to manage high-volume editing
- Prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining an efficient editing pipeline
- Keep up with the latest social media trends and platform-specific best practices
- Apply trend insights to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and appealing to target audiences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to a positive team culture built on generosity, support, and open communication
