Requirements:

• Required Associate Degree.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high volume dispersed model or search firm environment.
• 3 years of experience with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and relevant social platforms.
• 2+ years developing and executing sourcing methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Match candidate profiles to relevant roles and screen to assess availability, interest level, and qualifications.
• Utilize creative thinking to develop effective TA sourcing and recruiting plans.
• Actively source talent using various techniques including social media and networking.
• Establish relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Engage in timely communications with stakeholders and candidates.
