Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales & underwriting, or placing commercial cyber insurance and/or technology or cybersecurity.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • The Business Development Manager will work with the Head of Distribution and Underwriting team to develop regional business plans that drive growth and optimize products.
  • Conduct planned brokerage visits to develop new accounts, service existing accounts, and improve broker relationships.
  • Support broker satisfaction by connecting them with appropriate Converge resources including underwriting and security services.
  • Monitor broker performance and identify trends, providing guidance during periodic reviews.
  • Support partnered insurance program initiatives from lead generation to Go-to-Market strategy.
