Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of proven experience working with DMOs, Tourism Boards, or tourism organizations.
• Experience with public administrative and legal processes is valued.
• Strong consultative selling skills and a proactive self-starter attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; other languages valued.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, along with strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
• Experience in SaaS or DaaS organizations is valued.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercialization of our Data Solutions offering across North America, Caribbean, and LATAM.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve revenue goals.
• Source new business opportunities through various methods including cold calling and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and respond to inbound leads.
• Identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities from existing customers.
