Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 6 years proven success in Field Sales experience.
• Preferred experience in medical, surgical, or pharmacologic sales to Health Care Practitioners in the Aesthetic Space.
• Proven track record of sustained high performance and clinical product expertise.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the organization grows.
• Strong business acumen and market opportunity management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Maintain the highest level of ethical character and integrity.
• Solution-oriented and collaborative team member.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products to all potential prospects within your territory.
• Implement strategic initiatives and sales activity to increase Nutrafol sales and market share.
• Provide 'White Glove' service and support with a customer-centric approach.
• Build relationships to drive account growth through meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate physician training programs and practice enhancement events.
• Participate in sales meetings and maintain professional communication.
• Manage expenses responsibly and demonstrate integrity.
• Enhance sales by up-selling and presenting promotional marketing initiatives.
• Partner with the Sales Team to maintain customer relationships.
• Attend Trade Shows to represent Nutrafol and promote sales opportunities.
