- Establish and maintain relationships with dealer senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and collaborate with the Dealer Service group to retain accounts.
- Prepare, present proposals, and negotiate terms with dealers.
- Support dealer escalations with relevant functional areas.
- Serve as the liaison for product implementation and management.
- Partner with the dealer training team to stay updated on products.
- Support a team environment focused on high morale and sales goals.
- Record all sales activities in Salesforce and communicate with team members.
- Act as a change agent for continuous improvement.
- Manage accounts receivable for assigned accounts.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and open communication.
