Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field; alternative qualifications may be considered with relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
• Experience developing and selling engineered solutions, preferably in the Combined Heat & Power (CHP) sector.
• Familiarity with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Competent in software tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to develop new projects and maintain a robust proposals pipeline.
• Convert the proposals pipeline into a profitable order book, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Prepare customer-focused quotes and feasibility reports, collaborating with internal teams.
• Conduct research and provide market feedback, contribute to order forecasts and sales plans.
• Conduct technical and site assessments, ensure proposals meet technical requirements and internal metrics.
