Requirements:
  • Post-graduate degree is a must in IT, preferably an MBA.
  • Over 5 years' experience in business development at corporate level.
  • Desirable awareness of ITIL®, Prince2, Devops, and other PeopleCert products.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working across cultures.
  • Understanding of channel development, strategy selling principles, and consultative selling.
  • Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the education market, consulting, or certification sectors preferred.
  • C2 level English language proficiency desired; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate a plus.
  • Advanced computer literacy required; ECDL Advanced certification desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all activities within the USA to expand the US market.
  • Connect with corporates, government entities, and organizations to grow awareness of PeopleCert products.
  • Work closely with partner organizations to increase sales of PeopleCert products.
  • Maintain and achieve maximum B2B market penetration of PeopleCert products with a target-driven sales strategy.
  • Plan personal sales strategy for maximum return on time investment.
  • Monitor progress against targets and report to Headquarters.
  • Facilitate resolution of customer issues with support teams.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.
