Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in ESG consulting.
• Background or studies in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics.
• Relevant experience as a consultant with deep knowledge of sustainability topics.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed double materiality assessments for clients in compliance with ESRS guidelines.
• Analyze sustainability-related risks and opportunities, including impacts on stakeholders and enterprise value.
• Produce comprehensive, actionable reports summarizing DMA findings to support the onboarding team.
• Deliver thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and podcasts to generate leads.
• Educate clients on double materiality and its alignment with regulatory compliance and business value.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, convincing them of the value of the end-to-end solution.
• Offer insights on improving the current platform to support assessments.
• Collaborate on the design of an online DMA system for enhanced efficiency.
• Stay updated on ESRS regulations and sustainability trends in Spain and Europe.
• Provide strategic input into service and platform evolution.
• Support Sales Activities to demonstrate the added value of Convene ESG DMA.
